Meet Our Providers
Diane M. Schmitz, M.D.

Dr. Schmitz has called Colorado home almost her entire life, graduating from Aurora Central High School, Colorado State University and then The University of Colorado School of Medicine. She also completed her residency here in Denver at St Joseph's Hospital. Her particular areas of expertise and interest include gynecologic surgery and innovative treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding and urinary incontinence.
Dr. Schmitz has two active young adults and enjoys road biking, hiking 14ers, and an active Colorado lifestyle. During the summer of 2008, Dr. Schmitz participated in a cross country bike ride. She rode from coast to coast over a period of 6 weeks.
Deborah L. Tozer, M.D.
Dr. Tozer moved to Colorado after finishing her training at Indiana University in 2005. Her main interest is in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including laparoscopic hysterectomies. She also enjoys taking care of women in all areas of need including adolescents, obstetrical care and menopause.
She loves spending time with her family. She has three boys, one girl, and a wonderful husband who keep her very busy. She also enjoys the outdoors; skiing, hiking and fishing. Her current adventure is learning how to fly fish.
Sarah Logan, M.D.

Dr. Logan grew up in Durango and moved to Utah to work at a pharmaceutical company. She then attended medical school at the University of Utah. She finished residency at the University of Oklahoma. She has a special interest in minimally invasive hysterectomy and laparoscopy surgery.
Dr. Logan moved from Boise, Idaho, where she was in private practice for four years, back to Colorado with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, fishing and camping. She also immensely enjoys spending time with her two children.
Juliet Leman, D.O.

Dr. Leman grew up in southeast aurora, and graduated from Smoky Hill High School. She received her undergraduate degree from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. She continued her education by attending Des Moines University – Osteopathic Medical School. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center in Michigan. She was excited to return home to Colorado and start her practice at Parker Adventist Hospital. Her areas of interest include; obstetrics, gynecologic surgery and the care for women in all stages of life. She also has an emphasis in minimally invasive surgery.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, swimming, scuba diving, painting, watching movies and shopping.
Nicole Long, N.P.M.S.

Nicole earned her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her masters degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Nicole has always focused on Women's Health and brings 6 years of labor and delivery nursing experience to her Nurse Practitioner role. With a particular interest in infertility, Nicole cares for patients throughout pregnancy as well as for routine GYN care and concerns.
During her spare time, she is the mother of three small children, Tyler, Natalie and Lauren. Nicole and her husband enjoy camping, walking and swimming in the summer, but also appreciate a nice warm blanket and a good movie on a cold winter day.
Crissy Alumbaugh, N.P.

Crissy was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. Earned a BSN from University of Alaska Anchorage in 2001. She continues to devote her career to women’s health with eight years of experience in labor and delivery and earning a MSN in women’s health care from the University of Colorado in 2008.
Crissy moved to Colorado with her family in 2001. Crissy and her husband have been married for eighteen years and have six wonderful children together. They enjoy camping, fishing and stay very busy with their kids in soccer and football.
