Each patient's experience at our practice is important to us. As we strive to provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
- Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical staff was during the patient's visit.
- Provider Listened: Measures how carefully the provider listens to the needs of each and every patient.
- Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during their visit.
- Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this practice to family and friends.
Frances Rhodes, NP, is a nurse practitioner at Esprit Woman Care in Lone Tree. Frances earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2007. She received her master’s degree in nursing at the University of Colorado Denver in 2010. While completing her education and medical training, Frances worked as a registered nurse at Rose Medical Center from 2003 to 2013. She then spent two years as a nurse practitioner for the Jefferson County Health Department in Lakewood. Prior to joining Esprit Woman Care, Frances served as a nurse practitioner at Keil Urogynecology in Denver. Frances is trained in intone and percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation, endometrial biopsy, and medical protocols related to pelvic surgery. As a dedicated nurse practitioner, Frances is passionate about women’s health, providing contraceptive counseling, patient-centered education, well women exams, diagnosing and managing health conditions, and promoting and empowering women to take part in their health care. Outside of her nursing career, Frances enjoys spending time with her spouse and two children.
